Soma has held principal and director-level roles across global electronics, financial services, retail and professional services. Most recently he served as Senior Digital Transformation and Tech Innovation Lead at Samsung Electronics Europe, where he led commerce, payments, AI, conversational commerce and customer experience programmes across 23 European markets.

Earlier career spans roles at HSBC, Wipro Digital, Publicis Sapient, DARE London, POSSIBLE and multiple specialist agencies, covering programme leadership, principal consulting, product ownership and Agile coaching across financial services, retail, telecoms, FMCG, healthcare and public services.
